Popular Nigerian comedian and singer Carter Efe recently caused a stir on social media following a post he shared on his official page on the popular microblogging platform X, formerly known as Twitter. In the post on X, Carter Efe, who is a die-hard fan of Wizkid, revealed the date he is going to die to all and sundry.
Carter Efe, renowned as a comedian and content creator, is also widely recognized for his hit song “Machala.” Additionally, he has a partner, and together, they share a child.
In the tweet, which has generated over 1 million impressions on X, Carter Efe said that he might end up giving up his life on January 10th, 2025. Carter Efe tweeted, “Might leave this earth January 10th 💔.”
Reacting to the tweet, an X user identified as Seun wrote, “If you leave, who go dey give us mid skit?” Carter Efe responded, “It’s funny now until you lose me and you will later regret.”
Blogger Tunde Ednut, who could not keep calm about the tweet from Carter Efe, advised people around Carter Efe to check up on him. Tunde Ednut wrote, “I don’t even know when to take Carter serious anymore. But in case this is not a joke, if you know him, please check up on him for us, please. He might not be joking. Someone should please reach out to him with love.”
