The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that fans attending the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025 will be granted free electronic visas. The initiative, introduced in partnership with the Moroccan government, is aimed at easing travel restrictions and boosting attendance at the tournament.
According to CAF President Patrice Motsepe, the e-visa process will be fully digital, secure, and accessible to all registered ticket holders. This marks the first time in AFCON history that fans will benefit from free entry visas, a move expected to increase international turnout and strengthen Morocco’s tourism and hospitality sector during the competition.
