Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday escaped an attempt by a young man to maul him in Argungu, Kebbi State.
In the video making rounds (posted on this article) the President posed for a picture session with the Kebbi State governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu and other dignitaries.
Suddenly, a man is seen lunging at the president but is quickly apprehended and led away by a group of men suspected to be security operatives protecting the president.
Gisthounds confirms that the President was in Kebbi State to identify with the celebration of the Argungu Agricultural and Fishing Festival which was being held for the first time after about 11 years of suspension.
