Organized by the Mayorkings Agency Group, the 2024 edition was held in Kampala, Uganda, where recipients were also awarded honorary doctorate degrees from Prowess University, Delaware, USA, and recognized as Fellows of the Global Institute of Leadership & Governance in South Africa .
