Grammy-winning rapper Lil Nas X, born Montero Lamar Hill, has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges following his arrest in Los Angeles last week. The charges include three counts of battery with injury against police officers and one count of resisting an executive officer.
Police say the 26-year-old was arrested in the early hours along Ventura Boulevard in Studio City after he was seen walking naked. When confronted, officers allege he became aggressive, injuring at least three of them before being subdued.

Authorities later transported him to a hospital for a suspected overdose before booking him into Valley Jail in Van Nuys. He spent the weekend in custody before appearing in court to enter his plea.
A judge set his bail at $75,000 with conditions that he attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings or enroll in an outpatient drug treatment program.
His attorney, Christy O’Connor, described the incident as an “aberration in an otherwise productive life,” stressing that Lil Nas X has no prior criminal record and denying any confirmed drug use.
Videos of the arrest, showing the rapper displaying erratic behavior, including placing a traffic cone on his head, sparked speculation online about his mental health. His father has since called for public support and prayers as he works through the situation.
