Priscilla Ojo Reveals Chilling Letter Sent Before Fire Gutted Iyabo Ojo’s Office.

In a startling revelation that has shocked fans and the public alike, Priscilla Ojo-Mkambala, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has come forward with claims that a disturbing threat letter was received weeks before the fire outbreak that razed her mother’s Lagos office. According to Priscilla, the anonymous letter arrived on May 24, 2025, and was ominously signed by a group identifying itself as “Aggrieved Group.” The contents of the letter warned of revenge, directly referencing her recent wedding and implying a broader vendetta against the family.

The letter, which has since been shared on social media, contained threats of both physical and emotional harm. It accused Iyabo Ojo of “putting someone in trouble” and went further to warn that she “would not escape” within the next three months. Most disturbingly, it promised to sabotage Priscilla’s wedding, stating, “We shall render your daughter’s marriage useless” and threatening to appear at the wedding ceremony. Though the wedding, held in Tanzania in June and celebrated widely online under the hashtag #JP2025, went off without disruption, the family only discovered the letter upon Priscilla’s return to Nigeria.

Barely two weeks later, on the evening of July 8, tragedy struck. Iyabo Ojo’s office, located in Lagos, was engulfed in flames. Although no injuries were reported, the blaze caused significant damage to the property, destroying equipment, documents, and other valuables. In a video shared online, Priscilla expressed heartbreak and frustration, suggesting that the fire was a deliberate act carried out by the same individuals who had earlier sent the threat letter. “They couldn’t ruin my wedding, so they targeted my mom’s office,” she stated, calling the attack “Plan B.”

The family has since launched a personal investigation and is working closely with the authorities. CCTV footage from the office is being reviewed in hopes of identifying the person who delivered the letter, as well as any clues regarding the origin of the fire. Iyabo Ojo has also reportedly beefed up security around her residence and workplace by installing additional surveillance systems. Both mother and daughter have urged law enforcement to take swift action in bringing the perpetrators to justice.

This series of events has sparked widespread concern across the entertainment industry and the general public, with many calling for enhanced protection for celebrities and public figures who may be targeted out of malice or envy. For Iyabo and Priscilla Ojo, the recent weeks have turned from celebration to crisis, but the family remains defiant. In Priscilla’s words, “We will not be intimidated. We will speak out, and we will seek justice.”
