After the national electricity grid collapse on Monday evening, Ikeja Electric, a power distribution company, has reported another system failure, disrupting power supply across its distribution network.
The announcement was made on Tuesday through a statement posted on the company’s official X.com account.
According to the statement, efforts to restore power supply are underway in collaboration with key stakeholders.
The statement read, “Dear valued customer, please be informed that we experienced another system outage today, 15/10/2024, at 09:17hrs, impacting supply within our network.”
The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company confirmed the grid collapse in a statement released on Monday evening.
