Explosion Engulfs Limousine from Vladimir Putin’s Official Fleet in Moscow.

A limousine from Russian President Vladimir Putin’s official car fleet was engulfed in flames following a massive explosion in Moscow. The incident occurred on Sretenka Street, just north of the FSB headquarters in Lubyanka. The vehicle involved was an Aurus Senat, a Russian-made luxury limousine valued at approximately £275,000. 

Eyewitnesses reported that the fire originated in the engine compartment and rapidly spread to the interior of the vehicle. Workers from nearby establishments rushed to the scene in an attempt to assist before emergency services arrived. Footage from the incident shows thick black smoke billowing from the front of the limousine, with visible damage extending to the rear. 

At the time of the explosion, it remains unclear who was inside the car. However, reports confirm that no occupants were injured during the incident. The cause of the explosion has not been officially determined, prompting concerns about potential security threats. 

This event has heightened existing apprehensions regarding President Putin’s safety. Recently, there have been increased security measures, including thorough searches of his honor guard for concealed weapons or explosives. Additionally, FSO officers have been observed inspecting sewer hatches and waste areas near venues where the president is scheduled to appear, reflecting growing fears of assassination attempts.
