Chioma Adeleke, popularly known as Chef Chi and wife of Nigerian music star Davido, has returned to social media after a three-year break with an emotional tribute to her late son, Ifeanyi.
In her first post since 2022, Chioma shared a picture of her wedding bracelet, which carried a miniature photo of Ifeanyi, who tragically passed away in October of that year. Alongside the image, she wrote: “My best friend walked me into forever. Ify, you’re on my mind every day and you live in my heart. Always and forever. Love, Mummy.”
The post drew widespread reactions online, with fans and supporters flooding her page with messages of encouragement. Davido also responded with the words: “Till Infinity,” a gesture that resonated with many as a sign of unity and shared healing between the couple.
Chioma’s last appearance on social media was in 2022 when she celebrated Ifeanyi’s third birthday. Her return has since been met with warmth, as admirers commended her courage and resilience in publicly embracing her grief while honoring her son’s memory.
