Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Faith Adewale, has opened up about the extreme lengths he went to in order to secure a spot on the reality TV show, revealing that he took a ₦5 million loan to make it happen.
In a recent interview, Faith explained that he made the decision out of desperation to change his life, noting that he had reached a breaking point in his career and personal life. According to him, he saw the BBNaija platform as his only chance at a breakthrough.
“I was tired of struggling. When I got the audition link, I felt it was my one shot at changing my story. So I took a ₦5 million loan,” he said, admitting that the move was risky but motivated by hope.
Faith also shared that his time in the house was emotionally challenging, revealing that he asked for a therapist several times due to overwhelming stress and isolation. He admitted to making mistakes that ultimately led to his disqualification after a heated altercation with fellow housemate, Sultana.
Reflecting on his journey, Faith described the experience as both “life-changing and humbling,” adding that although he regrets some of his actions, he remains grateful for the exposure and lessons learned from the show.
