The affected areas include Lugbe and its environs, Airport Road, Kapwa, NNPC, Games Village, National Stadium, Eye Clinic, Indoor Complex, Christ Embassy Church, American International School, Spring Court, American Embassy Quarters, EFCC Headquarters, Coca-Cola, Railway, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), parts of Apo, Gudu, Gbazango, parts of Kubwa, Bwari, parts of Jahi, parts of Jabi, Karu, Nyanya, Mararaba, Keffi, and other parts of Abuja.
This development follows a recent incident where the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) conducted maintenance at two transmission substations in the Gwagwalada area, leading to temporary power disruptions.
